Title:
SCHEDULER, MULTI-CORE PROCESSOR SYSTEM, AND SCHEDULING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/020478
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present embodiment, a scheduler (200) adjusts the timing at which each processor executes processing such that consecutive processes can be continuously executed. Processes which would hinder the continuous execution, such as external interrupts and inner interrupts, are assigned to a specific processor so that each process is executed in the order scheduled by the scheduler (200). The scheduler (200) does not always allow a process of a different application to be executed at standby time, but determines whether the period of the standby time is shorter than a predetermined value, and when the period is shorter, the scheduler (200) does not allow the process of the different application to be executed.
