Abstract:
A screen plate (1) for screen printing with which a sufficient coating thickness of a coating layer (31) can be obtained by screen printing, and with which early deterioration of a mask (12) can be prevented, wherein mating convex and concave parts (121 to 123) are formed in the mask (12), which is integrated with a screen (11), on a surface of the mask (12) opposing a coating target member (4), the mating convex and concave parts (121 to 123) being capable of mating with convex and concave parts (41 to 43) formed on the coating target member (4). An opening (124) for coating a paste is provided in at least one of a mating convex part (121) and a mating concave part (123), from among the mating convex and concave parts (121 to 123).
