Abstract:
A scroll compressor, comprising: a housing (10a, 10b); a compression mechanism, comprising a moving scroll (20a) and a fixed scroll (30a), the moving scroll (20a) and the fixed scroll (30a) being engaged in a mutual meshing manner to form a series of compression cavities; a main bearing seat (50a), the main bearing seat (50a) being used for supporting the compression mechanism; and a positioning assembly, comprising a positioning pin (80). A first orifice (346) is formed in the fixed scroll (30a), a second orifice (526) is formed in the main bearing seat (50a), a third orifice (116, 92b) is formed in the housing (10a, 10b) or a fixed component (90b) fixedly connected to the housing (10a, 10b), the positioning pin (80) fits in the first orifice (346), the second orifice (526) and the third orifice (116, 92b) so as to maintain the relative angular position of any two of the fixed scroll (30a), the main bearing seat (50a) and the housing (10a, 10b) and to allow axial movement of the fixed scroll (30a) relative to the main bearing seat (50a). The scroll compressor can maintain relative angular positions among the fixed scroll, the main bearing seat and the housing, and can realize compact design while ensuring the reliability of the scroll compressor.
