An uncapping-type sanitary tampon, a production method therefor and a method for using same. The uncapping-type sanitary tampon comprises a cover body (2) and a ball of string (1), wherein a cavity with a downward opening is formed inside the cover body (2), the cavity is filled with the ball of string (1), the ball of string (1) is formed by winding a flexible string (14) to form a structure which can be unwound by means of pulling, and the cover body (2) and the flexible string (14) are both made of permeable soft materials. The flexible string (14) is provided with an inner end and an outer end, wherein the inner end is connected to the top of a cavity wall of a cavity of the cover body (2), the outer end is provided with a pull string (11), which extends out of the cover body (2) and can be pulled out by a user, the user can unwind the entire structure which can be unwound by means of pulling of the ball of string (1), into the flexible string (14) again by means of pulling the pull string (11), thereby facilitating pulling out the ball of string (1) and turning the cover body (2) inwards so as to be taken out, such that use is convenient, and friction is prevented.
