Abstract:
A scroll compressor, comprising: a fixed scroll member (60), the fixed scroll member (60) comprising a fixed scroll end plate (74), a fixed spiral wrap (76) extending from one side of the fixed scroll end plate (74), and a discharge port (77) provided in the fixed scroll end plate (74); a movable scroll member (58), the movable scroll member (58) comprising a movable scroll end plate (62), a movable spiral wrap (64) extending from one side of the movable scroll end plate (62), and a hub portion (68) protruding from the side of the movable scroll end plate (62) opposite the movable spiral wrap (64), the movable spiral wrap (64) and the fixed spiral wrap (76) being connected in an engaged manner, so as to generate a fluid cavity for compressing a working fluid; a supporting assembly, the movable scroll end plate (62) being slidably supported on the supporting assembly, the supporting assembly and the movable scroll end plate (62) respectively having thrust surfaces (63, 49) which are in slide contact with each other; and a driving assembly (16), the driving assembly (16) comprising a shaft (54) for driving the hub portion (68), wherein an oil supply passage (66) is provided on the hub portion (68), so that the lubricating oil in the hub portion (68) is splashed to the thrust surfaces (63, 49) through the oil supply passage (66). Such a scroll compressor can effectively reduce early wear-out failures of thrust surfaces caused by temporary oil shortage when the compressor is started, and significantly improve the lubrication state of the thrust surfaces.
