Abstract:

A scroll type compressor, wherein a swirl-shaped fixed scroll teeth (2a) are installed projectedly on an end plate (2b) of a fixed scroll (2) and a swirl-shaped movable scroll teeth (4a) are installed projectedly on an end plate (4b) of a movable scroll (4), a delivery port (8) for delivering compressed refrigerant gas is provided in the end plate (4a) of the movable scroll (4), a pressure chamber (16) is provided on the rear side of the end plate (2b), and a port (10) communicating with a pressure chamber (16) is provided at a position opposed to the delivery port (8) of the end plate (2b), whereby the compressed fluid flows into the pressure chamber so as to reduce a pulsation produced when the fluid is delivered.
