Abstract:
An outer surface rubber portion (23) is formed so as to cover an entire surface of an axially outer-side surface of a metal core (20). In an inner surface rubber portion (24) are formed an annular opening portion (30), which exposes an axially inner-side surface of the metal core (20) at the same position on the circumference passing on the radially outer side of a micro-protrusion (29), and an arc-shaped opening portion (31), which exposes the axially inner-side surface of the core metal (20) at a position on the same circumference passing on the radially inner side of the micro-protrusion (29).
