Abstract:
A sealing device for a variable-working-condition gas-liquid two-phase fluid medium. The sealing device is provided with a rotating shaft (1) and a housing (3), wherein a cavity formed by the housing (3) is used for accommodating the gas-liquid two-phase fluid medium. The sealing device further comprises a labyrinth sealing mechanism and a double-end-face fluid dynamic pressure mechanical sealing mechanism which cooperate with each other, wherein a sealing buffer cavity (14a, 14b) is provided between the labyrinth sealing mechanism and the fluid dynamic pressure mechanical sealing mechanism, and the fluid dynamic pressure mechanical sealing mechanism is provided with a left static ring 5a and a left dynamic ring 6a which abut against each other, and a right static ring 5b and a right dynamic ring 6b which abut against each other. By means of the design of step-shaped trapezoidal convex teeth of a labyrinth sealing channel, the throttling and pressure reducing effects of labyrinth sealing, the attenuation of the sealing buffer cavity (14a, 14b) to medium pressure fluctuation, the structural design of micropore groups in end faces of the static rings (5a, 5b), and the inclined design of sealing end faces of the dynamic rings (6a, 6b) and the limiting effect of a limiting sleeve (7) are utilized to achieve good sealing performance and sealing stability of dynamic pressure sealing of the variable-working-condition gas-liquid two-phase fluid medium.
