The present application provides a single antenna, an antenna array, and an electronic device. The single antenna comprises a first bearing layer, a dielectric layer and a second bearing layer which are stacked in sequence, and a reflecting plate, a feed patch and a coupling sheet which are arranged in parallel and at intervals. The reflecting plate is provided on the side of the first bearing layer away from the second bearing layer, the coupling sheet is provided on the side of the second bearing layer away from the first bearing layer, and the feed patch is provided between the first bearing layer and the second bearing layer; the projections of the coupling sheet and the feed patch on the reflecting plate are at least partially not overlapped with each other. Compared with the existing antennas, the single antenna of the present embodiment does not need to increase the size of the coupling sheet, and the decrease of isolation is avoided, so that the single antenna has a compact structure and is convenient to be mounted and arranged. In the antenna array provided in the present embodiment, a plurality of patch components are provided on a base layer structure, so that the present antenna array has a compact structure on the premise of good performance, and is convenient to be arranged and applied.
