Abstract:
A sealing structure for a fitting section at which an annular member (14) including a cylindrical section (14a) is fitted onto a cylindrical mating member (6) in such a manner that the cylindrical section (14a) is concentric with the mating member (6). An elastic annular seal section (14d) hardened by application of an elastomeric agent is formed integrally with a portion of the annular member (14), said portion being located on the rear side in the direction of the above-described fitting operation. The annular seal section (14d) has a layer thickness (d) in the range from 5 μm to 1 mm, and in the above-described fitting operation, the annular seal section (14d) is disposed in a compressed state between the annular member (14) and the mating member (6).
