An embodiment relates to a seat belt height adjuster. One embodiment of the present invention provides a seat belt height adjuster characterized by comprising: a rail bracket fixed to a vehicle body and having a base and a plurality of hooking holes formed on a side wall formed to be bent on both sides of the base along the longitudinal direction of the side wall with a gap between the side wall and a spacer; a slider coupled to the rail bracket to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the rail bracket and having a slot extending in left and right directions so as to have an upward slope so that an outer end is positioned above the inner end; a slider cup interposed between the slider and the rail bracket and coupled to the slider; a lock plate movably installed in the slot of the slider and having a through hole; lock pins inserted into the through hole of the lock plate and having a flange portion at an upper end; a lock spring which provides force in directions in which the lock pins are away from each other and is fixed to the lock pins by the flange portion; and a button which can control the distance between the lock pins, wherein the spacer of the side wall has a chamfer for guiding the lock plate to the hooking holes.
