Abstract:
Provided are a seat system and program with which a person sitting in the seat is able to ascertain their own reflex, etc. The seat system (1) comprises: a seat (S) that has a main seat body (S10) and sensors (pressure sensors 21-26) that acquire information for detecting the actions of a seated person sitting on the main seat body (S10); and a terminal (smartphone SP) for acquiring information from the sensors. The terminal outputs an instruction prompting the seated person to perform a prescribed action, determines whether or not the seated person has performed the prescribed action on the basis of information acquired from the sensors, and reports the response time from output of the instruction until the prescribed action is performed and/or a value assessed on the basis of the response time to the seated person.
