Abstract:
A secondary opening separating device, comprising a support frame (100), a bearing assembly (110), an upper suction-cup assembly (120), a lower suction-cup assembly (130), a first driving assembly, a shift lever (140) and a second driving assembly, wherein the bearing assembly (110) is connected to the support frame (100), and the bearing assembly (110) is provided with a bearing surface (111); the upper suction-cup assembly (120) is movably arranged above a bearing surface (111) in the height direction, and the upper suction-cup assembly (120) is arranged corresponding to an end portion of the bearing surface (111) in the lengthwise direction; the lower suction-cup assembly (130) is connected to the bearing surface (111) and is arranged opposite the upper suction-cup assembly (120); the first driving assembly is connected to the upper suction-cup assembly (120) and is used for driving the upper suction-cup assembly (120) to move in the height direction; the shift lever (140) is rotatably arranged above the bearing surface (111) around a central axis of rotation; and the second driving assembly is connected to the shift lever (140) and is used for driving the shift lever (140) to rotate around the central axis of rotation. The secondary opening separating device can ensure that a pocket opening at an end portion of a woven bag is reliably separated, thereby being conducive to the improvement in the yield of sleeving an inner bag during production of a double-layer bag.
