Abstract:
The present invention relates to a seedling box supply conveyor provided with a plurality of seedling box feeders. The plurality of seedling box feeders are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction on the upper portion of the conveyor, and each of the seedling box feeders is provided with a plurality of seedling boxes stacked inside and sequentially supplies downward the seedling boxes one by one. The present invention comprises a conveyor in which: a plurality of seedling box feeders spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction are placed on the upper portion of the conveyor; main frames, which are spaced apart from each other on opposite sides and elongated in the front and rear, are provided on the upper portion of the conveyor; a control driving unit and a non-control driving unit are provided, between the pair of mainframes, sequentially from the rear to the front, and are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction such that both sides thereof are axially connected on the main frame, and promote the conveyance of the seedling boxes seated on the upper portion of the conveyor; a plurality of support frames extending to the ground and spaced apart from each other are provided in lower portions of the main frames; ascending/descending frames, which are connected to the support frames and can slide up and down on the support frames, are provided in the lower portions of the support frames; and height adjustment tools, which are screw-coupled to the lower portions of the ascending/descending frames to promote vertical movement of the ascending/descending frames, are provided in the lower portions of the ascending/descending frames, a first supply detection sensor and a second supply detection sensor, which are provided on the main frames of the conveyor and spaced apart from each other from the rear to the front and are arranged in the lower portion of the seedling box feeders seated on the upper portions of the main frames so as to detect the seedling boxes supplied to the conveyor via the seedling box feeders, a control motor and a non-control motor, which are respectively connected to lower main frames of the control driving unit and the non-control driving unit of the conveyor and respectively provide rotational forces to the control driving unit and the non-control driving unit, and a control unit which is provided on the conveyor to receive signals from the first supply detection sensor and the second supply detection sensor and control operations of the control motor and the non-control motor according to the signals of the first supply detection sensor and the second supply detection sensor.
