Abstract:
Provided is a seedling conveying and launching method for a seedling tray conveying and positioning device for an automatic transplanter. The seedling tray conveying and positioning device for an automatic transplanter comprises a seedling tray conveying platform (2), a first sensor (3), a second sensor (4), push rods (5) and a control system, wherein the seedling tray conveying platform (2) is configured for conveying seedling trays to a seedling-picking claw (1); several push rods (5) are all distributed on the seedling tray conveying platform (2), and the seedling trays are placed between adjacent push rods (5); the first sensor (3) is mounted near the seedling-picking claw and is configured for identifying the seedling trays; the second sensor (4) is mounted on a rack of the seedling tray conveying platform (2) and is configured for identifying the push rods (5); the control system controls the seedling tray conveying platform (2) to position a first row of seedling trays at gripping positions for the seedling-picking claws (1) according to the first sensor (3) and the second sensor (4); the first sensor (3) is located on the left side of the last seedling-picking claw (1) that is encountered in an advancing direction of the seedling trays; and the second sensor (4) is mounted at any position on the rack of the seedling tray conveying platform (2). Positioning accuracy can be improved, and seedlings can be efficiently picked in rows at intervals.
