Abstract:
A self-assembled nanoparticle containing a gB protein of an EB virus, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The self-assembled nanoparticle comprises a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide. The first polypeptide comprises a gB protein and a first carrier subunit, and the second polypeptide comprises a second carrier subunit. The first carrier subunit is I53-50A1, and the second carrier subunit is I53-50B.4PT1. In the self-assembled nanoparticle, the gB protein of the EB virus is first displayed on the surface of the nanoparticle. Compared with the antigen gB, the self-assembled nanoparticle has a larger particle size, a higher chemical stability and a higher binding capacity with the neutralizing antibody, which are beneficial for increasing the residence time thereof on the B cell antigen receptor and stimulating the generation of the antibody. At the same time, the self-assembled nanoparticle can induce a higher titer of an animal immune antibody, and can be used for preventing EB virus infections and treating diseases caused by EB virus infections.
