Abstract:
The present invention provides a self-directed exercise management method. The method comprises the steps in which: (a) a function evaluation unit configures an initial function state of a user on the basis of a plurality of factors, and performs functional evaluation; (b) a goal configuration unit receives data of the configured initial function state so as to configure goal coordinates and coordinates in a matrix; (c) a unit exercise processing unit calculates a trend line equation by using the configured goal coordinates and coordinates in the matrix, and obtains and arranges a plurality of integer coordinates closest to a trend line; and (d) a protocol conversion unit receives the arranged plurality of integer coordinates, executes an exercise management program, and calculates a personalized exercise protocol of a user so as to transmit feedback to the function evaluation unit. According to the present invention, a personalized exercise protocol, which recognizes individual uniqueness of an individual user's body, can be automated so as to be applicable to a self-home care system which is convenient for a subject to exercise on his/her own and can present a precise exercise goal.
