Abstract:
A self-excited torsional drilling tool for shock absorbing during drilling. A center shaft assembly rotatably and sealedly fits with a housing assembly; the center shaft assembly is provided with an external spline (101), and the housing assembly is provided with an internal spline (201); an elastic member (5) surrounds the center shaft assembly; the housing assembly is provided with a first step surface (202) and a second step surface (603); the center shaft assembly is provided with a third step surface (702); a sheath (3) is attached to the housing assembly, and an upper end face and a lower end face of the sheath are respectively abutted against the first step surface and an upper end face of the elastic member; the upper end face of the elastic member is abutted against a lower end face of the external spline, and a lower end face of the elastic member is abutted against the second step surface and the third step surface; the center shaft assembly is provided with a spiral rib (701); a punch hammer (8) is of an annular structure; the punch hammer is provided with a spiral groove (801) and a first protrusion (802); the housing assembly comprises an annular groove (601); the annular groove is provided with a second protrusion (602); and the punch hammer circumferentially rotates in the annular groove under the driving of the spiral rib, such that the first protrusion knocks on the second protrusion.
