Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-healing TPU hot melt adhesive film, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of a TPU particle; 20-43 parts of nitrile rubber; 5-8 parts of a self-healing supramolecular compound; 2-4 parts of a cross-linking agent; 1-2 parts of an ultraviolet light stabilizer; and 0.5-2 parts of a tackifier. In addition, provided is a self-healing TPU hot melt adhesive film for realizing rapid healing of a product; and further provided is a preparation method for a self-healing TPU hot melt adhesive film. According to the method, the process is simple and convenient.
