Abstract:
A hot melt adhesive film containing an anti-scratch coating, which hot melt adhesive film comprises an anti-scratch coating, and an adhesive film layer arranged below the anti-scratch coating, wherein the anti-scratch coating is obtained by mixing a nanometer composite resin with HDI, and the nanometer composite resin is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of a hydroxyl acrylate, 30-50 parts of nano-silica, and 10-20 parts of a modifier; and the adhesive film layer is a modified EVA adhesive film, and the modified EVA adhesive film is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of EVA, 25-40 parts of a low density polyethylene resin, 5-8 parts of a coupling agent, and 1-4 parts of an antioxidant. Provided is a hot melt adhesive film containing an anti-scratch coating and having a good protection effect; and also provided is a preparation method for the hot melt adhesive film containing the anti-scratch coating. The process is simpler and more convenient, the preparation cost is reduced, the preparation process is simplified, and the hot melt adhesive film has the characteristic of high practicability.
