Abstract:
A self-powered observation apparatus based on a submarine hydrothermal solution, the apparatus comprising a sealing cavity (6), in which an energy storage unit and a data storage unit are integrated, wherein the sealing cavity (6) is externally provided with a thermoelectric power generation unit (4), which is used for providing electric energy, and a camera unit (5), which is used for acquiring image data of a submarine hydrothermal vent (1). The thermoelectric power generation unit (4) is externally connected to a heat pipe (3), the heat pipe (3) comprising a condensation section (11), which is fixed to a hot end of the thermoelectric power generation unit (4), an evaporation section (9), which is located in the submarine hydrothermal vent (1), and a heat insulation section (10), which is used for connecting the condensation section (11) and the evaporation section (9), wherein the evaporation section (9) is provided with a sensor probe (2), which is used for acquiring monitoring data of the submarine hydrothermal vent (1), and the sensor probe (2) performs data transmission with the data storage unit in the sealing cavity (6) by means of a data line (21) which is integrated in the heat pipe (3). In the apparatus, by means of a thermoelectric power generation unit (4) where a heat pipe (3) is combined with a sensor, long-term in-situ observation of a submarine hydrothermal vent (1) is realized.
