Abstract:
A self-suction type multi-stage composite canned motor pump, comprising a pump inlet (1), a self-suction device, a first-stage centrifugal end (4), a first-stage gas-liquid separation chamber (5), a secondary pump inlet (6), a secondary centrifugal end (7), and a pump outlet (2). The pump inlet (1) is connected to the inlet of the self-suction device; the outlet of the self-suction device is connected to a first-stage centrifugal end inlet (401); a first-stage centrifugal end outlet (405) is communicated with the first-stage gas-liquid separation chamber (5); the first-stage gas-liquid separation chamber (5) is connected to the secondary pump inlet (6); the secondary pump inlet (6) is connected to a secondary centrifugal end inlet; and a secondary centrifugal end outlet (705) is communicated with the pump outlet (2). The composite canned motor pump introduces the secondary centrifugal end, and thus effectively improves the self-suction capability and the self-suction speed of the pump.
