Abstract:
An image special effect generation method and apparatus. The method comprises: in a video frame, determining stroking key points located on an outer side of a target object; establishing, on any straight line that passes through the stroking key points, two extension points respectively located on two sides of each stroking key point, and forming a quadrilateral area according to every two adjacent stroking key points and respective corresponding extension points thereof, wherein a plurality of quadrilateral areas are connected to form a filling area; and filling the filling area using a texture material map, so as to obtain a special effect video.
