Abstract:
The present invention provides a semi-aromatic polyamide resin composition, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The semi-aromatic polyamide resin composition comprises the following components: a polyamide resin, a potassium titanate whisker, a fibrous mineral, a flow modifier, and another additive; in the ash content of the semi-aromatic polyamide resin composition, the content of elemental titanium is 10,000-120,000 ppm, the content of other metal elements is 5,000-110,000 ppm, and a content ratio of elemental titanium to other metal elements is 0.09-24. In the semi-aromatic polyamide resin composition, the potassium titanate whisker and the fibrous mineral are compounded, and the ratio of elemental titanium to other metal elements in the ash content of the semi-aromatic polyamide resin composition is reasonably regulated, improving surface smoothness and reducing the risk of spontaneous dusting. This can be applied to the preparation of camera module products, and significantly improves the clarity longevity of a prepared camera module product.
