Abstract:
A semi-rigid melamine foamed plastic and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the semi-rigid melamine foamed plastic comprises the following steps: (1) putting paraformaldehyde into a reaction kettle, adding a formaldehyde solution and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), heating the reaction kettle until solid particles in the reaction kettle are completely dissolved, and adding an appropriate amount of a base to adjust the pH value in the reaction kettle to 8.0-9; (2) synthesizing a modified resin; (3) carrying out curing and foaming; and (4) cutting and drying. The semi-rigid melamine foamed plastic is an intrinsic flame-retardant foam, has excellent flame retardancy and good sound absorption, heat resistance, and heat preservation performance, and can be used to prepare oil-water separation materials, supercapacitors, sound absorption materials and the like.
