Abstract:
[Problem] To improve robustness against power supply noises. [Solution] This semiconductor circuit comprises: a first transistor for switching whether or not to take in an input signal to a first node; a second transistor having at least one of a source and a drain connected to the first node; and a third transistor for switching whether the first node and a second node are electrically short-circuited or cut off. The second transistor, at or after the timing at which the first transistor transitions from on to off, undergoes a state transition to have a gate waveform of a phase opposite to the gate waveform of the first transistor. The third transistor transitions from on to off at or after the timing of state transition of the second transistor.
