Abstract:
Disclosed in an embodiment is a semiconductor device comprising: a substrate; a coupling layer disposed on the substrate; a semiconductor structure which includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, a second conductive semiconductor layer, and an active layer disposed between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer and which is disposed on the coupling layer; a first electrode connected to the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; and an insulating layer for covering the coupling layer and the semiconductor structure.
