Abstract:

The semiconductor device according to the present invention is provided with: a plurality of masters (100); a memory controller (400a); buses which connect the plurality of masters (100) to the memory controller (400a); a QoS information register (610) which stores QoS information about the plurality of masters (100); a unit (602) for controlling the number of rights to be granted, which calculates the maximum number of access rights that can be granted, on the basis of free space information about a buffer (401) of the memory controller (400a); a rights grant selection control unit (603a) which selects a master (100) to be granted access rights, on the basis of the QoS information in the QoS information register (610) and on the basis of the maximum number of access rights that can be granted, obtained from the unit (602) for controlling the number of rights to be granted; and request issuance control units (201a) which prevent passage of requests issued by any masters (100) that have not been granted access rights by the rights grant selection control unit (603a).
