Abstract:
A power supply switch cell (20) comprises a power supply switch (21) configured so as to be capable of switching between electrical connection and disconnection of a global power supply wire (11) and a local power supply wire (8) in response to a control signal (CTR). Power supply switches (21) are connected in a chain shape so as to sequentially transmit the control signal (CTR), and constitute a chain connection. The distance to an end (BE) of an area occupied by a power supply domain is greater for a starting point switch (21a) in the chain connection than for any end point switch (21b).
