Abstract:
The present invention relates to a semiconductor light-emitting device and a method for manufacturing same, the semiconductor light-emitting device comprising: at least one light-emitting part comprising a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer, wherein the first semiconductor layer, the active layer, and the second semiconductor layer are sequentially grown on a growth substrate; an electrode part comprising the first semiconductor layer having a first conductivity and a metal layer formed on the first semiconductor layer; and one or more bonding layers, wherein each of the bonding layers is electrically connected to the light-emitting part and the electrode part, and comprises a first region on which the light-emitting part and the electrode part are disposed, and a second region having a surface area larger than a surface area of the first region and electrically connected to the outside.
