Abstract:

Provided in the present application are a sense amplifier, a memory and a control method. The sense amplifier comprises: an amplification module, which is used for amplifying, when the sense amplifier is in an amplification phase, a voltage difference between a bit line and a reference bit line; and a controllable power source module, which is connected to the amplification module and is used for determining a driving parameter according to a rated compensation voltage range between the bit line and the reference bit line, and providing a power source to the amplification module according to the driving parameter, so as to control the amplification module to pull, in an offset cancellation phase, a compensation voltage between the bit line and the reference bit line to a rated compensation voltage, wherein the rated compensation voltage is located within the rated compensation voltage range. By means of the sense amplifier, a compensation voltage between a bit line and a reference bit line is controlled in an offset cancellation phase to be located within a rated compensation voltage range, such that an external reading circuit can accurately read data.
