Abstract:
The present application provides a sense amplifier, a memory, and a control method. The sense amplifier comprises an amplifier module, used for amplifying the voltage difference between a bit line and a reference bit line when the sense amplifier is in an amplification phase; and a controllable power supply module, connected to the amplifier module, used for determining a driving parameter on the basis of a first rated pull rate range and of a second rated pull rate range and supplying power to the amplifier module on the basis of the driving parameter, thus controlling the amplifier module to pull the voltage of the bit line or the voltage of the reference bit line to a first preset value according to a first rated pull rate in the amplification phase and to pull the voltage of the reference bit line or the voltage of the bit line to a second preset value according to a second rated pull rate, where the first rated pull rate is found in the first rated pull rate range, and the second rated pull rate is found in the second rated pull rate range. The present solution implements increased data reading success rate and data reading accuracy.
