Title:
SENSITIZER AND ERYTHROCYTIC DIAGNOSTIC AGENT FOR DIAGNOSING MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS, METHODS FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/030256
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to medicine. The sensitizer for an erythrocytic diagnostic agent for diagnosing the presence of malignant neoplasms comprises a mixture of fractions of low-molecular protein compounds with a molecular mass of 3000-15000 Da, which is extracted from the blood serum of a pregnant mare in the early stage of pregnancy and exhibits a stimulating effect on the proliferation of malignant cells. The method for producing the sensitizer includes obtaining the serum, fractionating same by liquid chromatography and extracting a mixture of fractions of protein compounds with a molecular mass of 3000-15000 Da. The erythrocytic diagnostic agent contains formalized sheep erythrocytes sensitized with the aforementioned sensitizer. The method for producing the diagnostic agent includes sensibilizing a suspension of formalized erythrocytes with the sensitizer. The method for diagnosing the presence of malignant neoplasms is carried out using the aforementioned erythrocytic diagnostic agent.
