This sensor is provided with: a substrate; a first elastic layer that is provided on the substrate; and a sensor body that is provided on the first elastic layer and includes a capacitance sensing unit. The substrate and the first elastic layer are bonded together so that an area corresponding to the sensing unit is a non-bonded area.
