Abstract:
The present application provides a separator and a battery comprising same. The separator consists of a substrate, heat-resistant layers and adhesive coating layers; the heat-resistant layers are provided on both surfaces of the substrate opposite to each other, and the adhesive coating layers are provided on the heat-resistant layers; the adhesion between an adhesive coating layer and a negative electrode is A, the peeling force between a heat-resistant layer and the substrate is B, and the ratio of A to B (A/B) is greater than 1. In the present application, the heat-resistant layers of the separator are adhered to the surfaces of the positive electrode and the negative electrode, so that it is difficult for the positive electrode and the negative electrode to be short-circuited at a high temperature, thereby improving the safety performance of the battery. Meanwhile, in the present application, an ethyl propionate solvent is added to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, so that a battery cell can also achieve the low-temperature performance. In the present application, by means of the synergy of the separator and the electrolyte solution, the prepared battery effectively improves the safety performance of the battery cell while achieving the low-temperature performance of the battery cell.
