A method for managing, by a software management server, software including virtual reality-, augmented reality-, or mixed reality-based 3D content for implementation of a smart safety animal shed comprises the steps of: receiving information of a animal shed from an animal shed terminal corresponding to the animal shed; on the basis of the information of the animal shed, selecting a plurality of assets from a library database and generating at least one item of 3D content including the plurality of selected assets; generating software on the basis of the at least one item of 3D content; and transmitting the software to the animal shed terminal, wherein the software is used by the animal shed terminal to control at least one device installed in the animal shed.
