Abstract:
[Problem] To increase the possibility that the objective of a service can be achieved and to reduce the time required until the objective of a service is achieved, even when an environment changes significantly, when selecting a combination of devices, computers, and application software for executing various services. [Solution] A data validity expected value J(x, z) pertaining to a combination of a specific application x and a specific device z in a communication network is calculated, an evaluation value F(x, y, z) that includes this data validity expected value and a specific computer y as parameters is calculated, and on the basis of the result of the calculation a suitable combination (x, y, z) is selected. The data validity expected value is calculated from records data. The data validity expected value is calculated by weighting old data and new data. The data validity expected value is calculated by using an actual value of another application similar to the specific application x.
