The service sending method comprises: when a unicast/multicast service is sent on a predetermined sending resource, determining sending power corresponding to the predetermined sending resource; and sending the unicast/multicast service according to the sending power on the predetermined sending resource, the sending power being less than the maximum sending power configured by a system.
