Description:
DESCRIPTION

A SHAFT AND BLADE ASSEMBLY SYSTEM FOR CHEESE SHREDDER

TECHNINAL FIELD

The invention relates to a system which makes the knife system placed in the tank more useful and durable during the materials used in the manufacture of melted cheese are shredded and cut.

PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE

The present technique is designed to fix the blades with pins. But this system leads to failures which, in prolonged use, cause the blade to fail to function, to move from its place, to not to operate, to interrupt the production and corrosions on the pin housings placed on the pins and on the blade, resulting from the counter strength encountered during the cutting operation. These failures jeopardize occupational health and safety, causing material loss and time loss due to the inability of existing jobs to be done. This technique is far from satisfying the full performance of the firm and the expectation of minor defects, because good evaluation of the time is one of the most important conditions in firms with production-related business profits. It necessary to make the blade system have a longer life with a new blade system.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production of shaft and knife system parts which are designed to be used in wedged lapping method in the knife system used for cutting and shredding the cheese in the melted and kashar cheese making process. As a result of the gathering of the load on the wedge shaft, the blade which is working with the motive power taken from the motor, has been able to prevent the blade to come off from its place because of the erosion that occurred in the prior art pins and blade pins due to long usage, has been removed the problem of losing its function and increase its functionality. In the process of using the previous technique, adverse effects on the production due to wear and tear, causing delays provided us to change the technique and make our usable invention. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the invention, an inner body platin (1 ) is welded to the machine body. Complete blade system is connected to the inner body platin (1 ) via screws and nuts. There is a blade system - main carrier shaft (2) which passes through the inner body platin (1 ). The system comprises an 060 single cartridge special mechanical seal (3) which fixes the blade system - main carrier shaft (2) and the inner body platin (1 ) to each other and provides the blade system - main carrier shaft (2) to function. There is an ISO 4162 M10x25x25-N Screw (4) which fixes the inner body platin (1 ) and 060 single cartridge special mechanical seal (3). The mounting process is completed after a lower blade centering (5), a lower blade (6), a central blade centering (7), an upper blade (8), an upper blade centering (9), a tightening washer (10), a blade tightening shaft (1 1 ), a M20 washer (12) and a M20 acorn nut (13) are placed respectively. The invention is based on the principle of rotation of the blade system - main carrier shaft (2) with the motive power from the motor. Due to the fact that the lower blade (6) and the upper blade (8) placed on the blade system - main carrier shaft (2) are designed with a certain angle, the area of influence is the entire area of the material with circulation created during turning of the material.

Since the invention has been designed according to the principle of wedged lapping method, the entire load is carried on the blade system - main carrier shaft (2). In this way, there is no possibility of scraping or scattering of the lower blade centering (5), the lower blade (6) and the upper blade (8).

1. The Inner Body Platin (1): It is welded to the machine body. The 060 single cartridge special mechanical seal (3) and the blade system are connected to the inner body platin (1 ) via screws and nuts without welding.

2. The Blade System - Main Carrier Shaft (2): Cutter blades and centering elements are mounted on that shaft via wedged lapping method.

3. The 060 single cartridge special mechanical seal (3): It provides the sealing of the machine by being mounted on the inner body platin (1 ).

4. The ISO 4162 M10x25x25-N Screw (4): It is used to fix the 060 single cartridge special mechanical seal (3) to inner body platin (1 ) by using four pieces of it.

5. The Lower Blade Centering (5): It is designed to position the slope of the cutting blades and push the material towards to cutting blades by stripping it from the dead spot which is placed between the 060 single cartridge special mechanical seal (3) and the blades. Wedged lapping is starting from that part.

6. The Lower Blade (6): It cuts with the specially designed angle located in the lower blade centering (5). Thanks to the slope it has, the cropped product is facing downwards. Thus, a more homogeneous cut comes to the foreground. The cutter blade is mounted via wedged lapping method.

7. The Central Blade Centering (7): It is mounted on the lower blade (6) via wedged lapping method to position the slope of the upper blade (8).

8. The Upper Blade (8): It is mounted on the slope which is positioned by the central blade centering (7) via wedged lapping method. The cropped product is facing downwards and a more homogeneous cut comes to the foreground.

9. The Upper Blade Centering (9): Is designed to bring the cutting tool's top surface slope to its original position. It is mounted via wedged lapping method. " lO.The Tightening Washer (10): It is the last part of the wedged lapping part.

11. The Blade Tightening Shaft (11): It is designed to tighten the part which is mounted via wedged lapping method on the upper section of the blade system.

12. The M20 Washer (12): It is mounted on the blade tightening shaft (1 1 ).

13. The M20 Acorn Nut: It is the last part of the system and it prevents the system from being distributed. This part is twisted in the opposite direction of rotation of the blades for being tightened.
