Description:
DESCRIPTION

SHAVING BRUSH STRUCTURING

Technical Field

The present invention is a dispensing apparatus for applying shaving foam to the user's face and relates to the easy transfer of the foam to the brush, by means of the fact that the cover with the brush completes the groove path and becomes movable by passing into the free movement area after connecting the grooves of the cover with the brush and the grooves of the hollow body by rotating.

The subject of the present invention relates to the ease of dispersion of the foam or gel material on the skin or ease application to the skin by means of the fact that the shaving foam brush consists of at least two parts, the body is empty, and a liquid cartridge is placed in said body.

The present invention is a shaving foam dispensing assembly that delivers the shaving foam to the brush with pressure and relates to releasing the foam to the brush by pushing the body of the assembly towards the cover, which is integral with the brush, and by the compression of the end spring of the cartridge in the body, during use.

Prior Art

In the state of the art, a shaving brush is required to use shaving foam or gel in wet shaving process. Because the shaving brush ensures that the gel or foam is spread quickly and evenly on the area to be shaved. In addition, the brushes soften the facial hair and support the blood flow in the skin, allowing for an easy shaving. When the shaving brush is used with foams, gels or similar substances, the brush and the foam/gel do not integrate and flow. That is, when foam-gel is applied to the brush, it tends to form a drop or ball that does not adhere well to the brush. Although applying gel to the skin by hand and then distributing it with a shaving brush is offered as a solution, this procedure, which prolongs the shaving time, is inconvenient and disadvantageous. In the state of the art, shaving soap, foam or gels are sold separately in aerosol containers. However, for a healthy shaving, it is necessary to combine the brush and the foam in a container. However, when the foam or gel taken by aerosol is taken into a container and applied with a brush, it becomes lumpy or liquefies and flows. This makes it difficult to apply the product with a shaving brush. In addition, another method available in the state of the art is to put a manual chamber on the brush handle. It is thought that the foam, which advances as it is used by itself, provides ease of application during the process. However, since the chambers are small, they need to be filled constantly, and some product is being wasted.

There is also a foam brush system with a button and motorized shaking system available in the prior art. Here, the motor consists of a shaking system and similar parts in the inner chamber for foaming or agitation. This system consists of the steps of running of the motor, foaming the liquid, and transmitting it to the brush through the pipe, by pressing the button. However, this method, which is used with a spring motor, or a motor connected to a power source with a button, is also disadvantageous. Both the product will be wasted, and the spring motor will be difficult to use manually, and also, when a charged or battery powered motor is used, an extra charging station will be needed for the power that decreases after each use.

There is a brush assembly configuration that is used to transfer the product directly to the brush from inside a shaving foam bottle, as seen in the application numbered DE3831571A1 in the state of the art. Here, a connection body with a shaving brush that can be attached to the supply container in the region of the dispensing nozzle and a distribution channel, the dispensing opening on the supply container is connected to this nozzle opening and protrudes between the bristles. In this method, which is not ergonomic in terms of use, the product will fill the brush with pressure, and it will not be able to be applied to the skin as desired, and it will be no different than applying foam by hand and distributing it with a brush. If it is taken directly from the shaving foam tube, due to the inability to adjust the incoming product pressure, it causes the product to come too much or less, and desired performance is not obtained from the product. Objects of the Invention

The present invention is a foam dispensing brush apparatus for a user to apply shaving foam, and it is aimed to transfer the foam to the brush with pressure, by providing free movement of the brush cover by completing the groove path and passing to the movement body, After the connection grooves of the brush and the one-piece cover and the connection grooves of the solid cartridge body are screwed together by rotating.

The present invention aims to easily dispense the foam or gel material or to provide ease of application by positioning a liquid cartridge in the cavity, with the shaving foam brush assembly consisting of at least two parts and the inside of the body being empty.

The present invention is a brush body assembly containing a liquid cartridge that delivers the shaving foam to the brush with pressure, and it aims to release the foam from the tube to the brush by pushing the body towards the brush cover and by compressing the spring in the cartridge nozzle.

The subject of the invention is the shaving foam dispensing apparatus, and comprises a cover (5), a brush (1) integral with the cover (5), a hollow body (7) having a body groove (6) connected with the cover groove (4), a cavity opened in the body (7), a cartridge (8) placed in the cavity, and a cartridge tip (3) that transmits the liquid coming from the cartridge (8), and a hole (2) that transmits the liquid from the cartridge tip (3) to the brush (1). (Figure - 1 and Figure - 2) A cartridge (8) is positioned in the cavity inside the body (7). This cartridge (8) has the characteristics of an aerosol tube, and it ensures that the liquid coming from the cartridge tip (3) is transmitted to the brush (1) through the hole (2) with the pressure and thereby applying the foam. (Figure - 8)

For the spring in the cartridge tip (3) is compressed and the liquid reaches the brush (1) by applying pressure to the cartridge tip (3), the cover (5) must move in a free manner after connecting the body groove (6) and the cover groove (4).

The cover groove (4) is connected to the body groove (6) by rotating. By continuing the rotational movement, it is ensured that the cover groove (4) ends the path of the body groove (6). (Figure - 4) Thus, the cover (5) passes into the free movement area. The body head (11), which starts where the body groove (6) ends, is located just above the body (7) and is smaller than the body (7) diameter, is the area where the cover (5) is freed of the body groove (6) and moves freely. When a force is applied to the cover (5) such that it is against the direction that the cartridge (8) liquid will come out, the cover (5) completely covers the movement area. The cover (5), which reaches the end of the body (7) allows the liquid in the cartridge (8) to reach the brush (1) on the cover (5), as the spring located at the cartridge tip (3) is compressed and allows the passage of the liquid. (Figure - 5 )

An alternative application method comprises a hollow body (7) integral with a fixed-positioned brush (1), a body groove (6) located in the lower end opening of the body (7), a lower cover (9) connected to the body groove (6), a cover groove (9.1) that connects the lower cover (9) to the body groove (6), and a button (10) located under the lower cover (9). (Figure - 9 )

The cartridge (8) is placed in the cavity inside the body (7). (Figure - 6) Then, the cover groove (9.1) on the lower cover (9) is fully connected with the body groove

(6) located in the lower end opening of the body (7). As a result of this connection, the lower cover (9) exerts a pressing force on the cartridge (8) located in the body

(7). When the button (10) on the bottom cover (9) is pressed, the spring structure of the button (10) compresses the cartridge (8) completely and pushes it in the direction of the brush (1). With this force applied to the cartridge (8), the liquid inside the cartridge (8) reaches the brush (1) through the hole (2) by the compression of the cartridge tip (3) spring. (Figure - 7)
