Title:
SHIMORI FOR FISHING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/043182
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A Shimori (beadlike intermediate material in which a fishing line is inserted) for fishing, wherein three curved recess-shaped fingerholds (11) are formed in the outer peripheral surface of a roughly doughnut-shaped Shimori body (10a) at regular angular intervals of 120 degrees. Since such fingerholds (11) are provided, when inserting the fishing line through the Shimori, a user can hold the three fingers for grasping the Shimori (10) on the fingerholds (11) to stably grasp the Shimori without allowing it to fall from the fingers. A through hole (12) for inserting the fishing line therein is so provided in the Shimori (10) so that the fishing line can be passed through the upper and lower end faces of the Shimori body (10a). The through hole (12) is so formed as to have slopes gradually diverging starting at the approximately center part of the Shimori body (10a) to the upper and lower end faces thereof.
