Abstract:
A shoe insole apparatus capable of buffering and massaging, according to the present invention, comprises: a pad part which is laid on the bottom surface inside a shoe; and a buffering part which adheres to the pad part between the center portion to heel portion of the pad part, and absorbs shock applied to the heel of a wearer. The buffering part may have: a body part of which the height gradually decreases from the heel portion toward the ball portion of the pad part; a square-shaped buffering groove which is positioned on the upper portion of the heel portion of the pad part, and penetrates through the body part; and a plurality of buffering plates which make contact with the heel of the wearer, and are extendedly formed so as to provide a connection between two inner surfaces, among the inner surfaces of the buffering groove, which are facing each other.
