Abstract:
Disclosed is a technology for managing the flow of conversational interaction with an artificial intelligence speaker by means of motion tracking of a plurality of users. An interaction management method performed by a computer-implemented interaction management system, according to an embodiment, may comprise the steps of: collecting sensor data for motion tracking of a plurality of users; extracting motion situation information of the plurality of users by using the collected sensor data; and on the basis of the extracted motion situation information, adjusting the flow of interaction with a smart speaker.
