Abstract:
A shoe sole 1 comprises a bottom part 20 and a deformation suppressing part 30. The bottom part 20 is formed from the rear foot part to the middle foot part and has a rear bottom surface part 24 and a toe part 26, wherein, when the shoe sole is placed on a flat virtual surface S, the rear bottom surface part 24 is in contact with the virtual surface S, and the height of the toe part 26 from the virtual surface S is 100-250% of the thickness dimension at the rear bottom surface part24. The deformation suppressing part 30 is disposed on the edge parts of the inner foot side and outer foot side of the bottom part 20, extends along the bottom part 20 from the front foot part to the middle foot part, and has hardness greater than that of the bottom part 20.
