Disclosed is a shop matching service system and method which communicates with a first terminal of at least one shop that provides a place, a second terminal of a menu developer who desires to test a new menu, and a third terminal of a general member. The shop matching service system comprises: a database unit for storing shop information and menu developer member information; and a server for: receiving, from the shop, information on available time periods and available menu types and storing the same in the database unit; receiving, from the second terminal, a condition selected by the second terminal and including information on the type of developed menu and a period during which the menu is to be tested, searching for a shop corresponding thereto, and providing the result of the search; receiving, from a user terminal, the popularity of the developed menu, determined by the user terminal's choice, and providing a ranking list; and receiving personal information of a general member as an input from the third terminal and recommending a menu corresponding thereto. The embodiment of the present invention can match a place and time where and when a menu developer is allowed to test a menu during a shop owner's free time period.
