This similar transition identification device is characterized by having: an acquisition means for acquiring structural information of a screen relating to a Web application and element information indicating constituent elements of said screen; an identification means for identifying, among screen transitions from said screen to one or more other screens to which transition can be made, similar transitions that represent screen transitions to other screens in which mutually similar contents are displayed, on the basis of the structural information and the element information acquired by the acquisition means; and a creation means for making one or more screen transitions selected from among the similar transitions identified by the identification means and creating specification information concerning transitions between screens of the Web application.
