Abstract:
Provided is a simulation device that calculates a prescribed physical amount in an extruder, the simulation device being provided with: an acquisition unit that, when a raw material input to the extruder is a material decomposed in an extruding step, acquires an initial amount of a decomposed component contained in the raw material; and a processing unit that calculates, on the basis of the acquired initial amount, the amount of the decomposed component or the amount of a decomposing substance of the raw material in each region in an axial direction of the extruder.
