Abstract:
A simulator (1) is provided with a processing unit (2) that meshes and models a soft-bodied object (O1) as a plurality of polyhedrons, at each apex of which a particle (p) is disposed, such that the soft-bodied object (O1) has a plurality of particles (p), and using a condition for minimizing the potential energy density of the modeled polyhedrons as a constraint condition, calculates, from the distances between the plurality of particles (p) in the polyhedrons and the masses (m) of the plurality of particles (p), the deformation of the soft-bodied object (O1) to which external force is applied.
