Abstract:

The present invention provides a mixed composition of: an organosilicon compound (C) comprising a methoxy group, and an amino group or an amine backbone; and a solvent (Eα) of which, if the ratio of the hydrogen bond parameter (δH) and the dispersion parameter (δD) of the Hansen solubility parameters is δH/δD, the δH/δD is at least 0.41. The amount of the organosilicon compound (C) relative to 100% by mass of the mixed composition is at least 0.001% and less than 0.25% by mass.
