Abstract:
The invention discloses a preparation method for a single crystal sodium ion battery positive electrode material. The single crystal sodium ion battery positive electrode active material comprises sodium, metal M, boron, and oxygen, and the preparation method comprises: taking a compound containing element M, a compound containing boron, and a salt source and adding water to prepare a slurry, and sand milling to obtain a mixed slurry; and carrying out spray drying and sintering on the mixed slurry to obtain the single crystal sodium ion battery positive electrode active material. The preparation method of the present invention is suitable for a wide variety of raw materials, nanoscale uniform mixing of various raw materials can be efficiently implemented, a perfect layered O3 phase structure can be formed upon sintering the mixed slurry, and the prepared single crystal sodium ion battery positive electrode material has excellent electrochemical performance and cycle performance in a sodium ion battery.
